This is one of the original prop helmets used during the filming of Steven Spielberg's seminal work "Saving Private Ryan". The outside was painted with the 29th Infantry Division insignia to the front. The shell itself appears to be an original Vietnam War era Rear Seam Swivel Bale, but there is no heat lot number present, and from the construction it may also be a foreign clone helmet shell.
